Privacy Notice
How ETM Tax Agent Office (MicroLinis) collects, uses, and protects your personal data under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). The short version: your eligibility answers stay on your device until you choose to contact us, we never sell your data, and we never see your card details. Last updated: 2026-07-10.
Who we are
This service is operated by ETM Tax Agent Office. For privacy questions, contact our Data Protection Officer at etmtaxagentofficeinc@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Eligibility Quick-Check answers — your responses about sales level, case symptoms, and liability range. These stay on your device while you check; they are sent to us only if you submit the contact form (your result summary rides along) or start an availment.
- Lead contact details — name and contact you provide to be reached.
- Availment data (if you proceed) — taxpayer name, TIN, RDO, taxpayer type, and per-case tax types and amounts you enter to prepare your Annex A.
- Payment metadata — amount, taxable years, and a payment reference. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor; we never see or store them.
Why we use it
- To compute your eligibility and show your result.
- To prepare your Annex A document and self-filing guide.
- To send deadline reminders for the 5-and-5 clock, if you have an active availment.
- To respond to your support requests.
Legal basis
We process your data with your consent and as necessary to perform the service you request (Annex A preparation). You may withdraw consent at any time (see Your rights).
How long we keep it
- Non-converting leads are automatically purged 120 days after capture.
- Availment and payment records are retained while your availment is active and as required for tax and accounting recordkeeping, then deleted.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share only what is needed with service providers acting under contract on our behalf, limited to these classes: our application hosting provider, our database and storage provider, our account authentication provider, our payment processor, and our email delivery provider. Each receives only the data required for its function.
How we protect it
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Database access is server-side only under a default-deny access policy; the public/anonymous key cannot read your records. We apply industry-standard safeguards to protect your data.
Your rights under the DPA
You have the right to be informed, to access, to correct, to erase or block, to object, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph). To exercise any right, email etmtaxagentofficeinc@gmail.com.
