- Your payment reference (if your question is about a payment).
- A short description of what you expected vs what happened.
For your safety, do not email your full TIN or card details. We'll verify your identity securely if needed.
Common issues
- Paid but no Annex A: your paid years are kept — you can regenerate. If it still won't generate, email us.
- Wrong TIN on first generation: contact us before trying again; we'll reset the binding.
- Payment confirming forever: you have not been double-charged; email us with your payment reference.
- Where's my official receipt? The BIR official receipt for your service fee is mailed to you, or you can pick it up at our office (address below).
